About Class Charts

www.classcharts.com started as an attempt to save time when creating seating charts. In our school we use seating charts with data labels (eg reading age / SEN) so that teachers can see key student data at a glance. The seating charts were created by entering data from an Excel sheet into Powerpoint which was hugely laborious. Developing an app was an obvious solution to this problem and so www.classcharts.com was born.

Craig Davies is a KS3-5 ICT teacher and pastoral head of year in a secondary school inWales and has been teaching for 10 years.  He comes from an ICT technical background but taught science before moving into ICT. Craig is a keen user of Apple technology and uses a wide range of apps and tools to maximise learning in his classroom.
